Bruce Bergherm
The CEO of Florida Hospital North Pinellas in Tarpon Springs, FL and chief organizer of the Sham Peer Review.
Michael MeWhirter
The Chief Financial Officer of Florida Hospital North Pinellas and one of the organizers.
Paul Arnold, M.D.
Chair of the Peer Review Committee and partner of David Jacob, M.D. at West Florida Urology.
Thomas Carson, M.D.
Chair of the Credentials Committee and part of the plot. He owns Carson Family Care & Medi-Spa.
Gaye Ficarotta, CRNM
The midwife "A" referred to in the timeline. She spied on Dr. Dinsmore for Dr.s Goldman, Watson, and Williams while Dr. Dinsmore was paying her salary and paying to have her credentialed.
David Jacob, M.D.
Member of the Peer Review Committee and partner of Paul Arnold, M.D at West Florida Urology.
Najam Javeed, M.D.
Member of the Peer Review Committee and partner in Holiday Heart and Vascular.
Melanie Mages
Medical Staff Coordinator. She repeatedly lied to Dr. Dinsmore's husband about the status of Dr. Dinsmore's credentialing.
Stephen Morris, M.D.
Pathologist employed by the hospital.
Gerald Niedzwiecki, M.D.
Member of Peer Review Committee and partner in Advanced Imaging and Intervention.
Thomas E. Nolan, M.D
Outside Reviewer hired by the hospital to provide a phony Peer Review.
Nicolas Pavouris, M.D.
Chief of Staff. He signed the "Precautionary Suspension" knowing the charges were baseless.
Sue Sweet, R.N.
OB Nursing Unit Manager. She spied on Dr. Dinsmore for the hospital.
R. Brian Williams, D.O.
Member of Peer Review Committee. He owns Orthopedic Specialist In Tarpon Springs, FL.
Jennifer Watson, D.O.
Chair of OB Committee. A direct competitor of Dr. Dinsmore and partner of Goldman and Williams in Women's Care of Florida.
Launa K. Rutherford, Esq.
Hospital attorney, Partner at Grower, Ketcham, Rutherford, Bronson, Eide, & Telan PA
